We are looking for  

a Project Assistant

to work in VEO’s Power Generation unit, Spare Parts and Project Support team, while our regular assistant is on a maternity leave. As a Project Assistant you will receive and carry out spare part orders from our customers, submit tenders as well as communicate actively, both in-house and externally, to ensure successful deliveries. You will also manage data and participate in logistics. If you have an outgoing personality, courage to take on new challenges and possess either a commercial or technical education, then you already have most of the qualities to make you the perfect match for this job.

Our customers need spare parts all over the world, and in most cases, time is money. That’s where your good skills in English and Finnish are needed, as well as your sense for detail and desire to do your best for the customer. In this job, you are not tied to single projects, so you can be sure to have action and new missions every day.

We need your help soon, starting from the beginning of September.

Position requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business and economics or in a technical field
  • Fluent Finnish language skills, good skills in English

Period of employment
