Operations continues as usual when TT360 becomes part of VEO.
VEO has acquired TechTeam360 (TT360), a Swedish-based consultancy firm specialising in turnkey substation deliveries as well as the planning and preparation of electrification projects. TT360 is based in Västerås and employs 20 specialists. TT360 will continue its operations as usual, in accordance with existing assignments.
“TT360 has an excellent reputation on the transmission and distribution market, so we are delighted to welcome them into the VEO Group. Over time, the company will be integrated into VEO, providing us with important local expertise in Sweden. This will safeguard a steady foundation for continued growth on the Swedish market in the long run. For now, however, all focus is on allowing TT360 to continue carrying out their existing commitments without any disruptions to either the personnel or customers,” says Fredrik Grankull, Vice President, Substations.
All the employees will remain in place together with the company’s founders, Willy Palm and Andreas Yttermark, who will now transfer to VEO.
“It is a great honour that a company like VEO sees the potential in us. It was not until VEO stepped into the picture, that we felt ready to even consider handing over ownership. Apart from having an impressive track record, VEO has the right focus, a long-term approach and shows true commitment to letting the TT360 team be an integral part when forming the future VEO AB. We are confident that bringing together VEO’s system expertise with our knowledge of how to run operations in Sweden will allow for substantial synergies”, state Palm and Yttermark.
