Our project packages include comprehensive operations training. In addition, we also offer technical and maintenance training, provided by the VEO Academy, as part of our cooperation with the customer.
Expert and Product Support Services
We offer a wide range of expert services to meet your needs across the board. Standard services include traditional consultation-based planning and assessments. Our expertise in electrical network protection combined with our software tools enable more specific support, such as fault current calculations for different protection systems, and protection configuration design.
We also provide consultation on other maintenance related tasks, such as drawing up maintenance plans and conducting system surveys. As a natural extension to our standard maintenance service, we can also jointly draw up a tailored maintenance agreement to correspond to your power distribution or automation system requirements.
Statutory safety systems, including periodic safety system inspections, are a daily aspect of our operations within the power plant and process industry environment. We provide customer employees with comprehensive user training and other technical or maintenance related training as an integral part of our project packages.
Our product support includes changing of systems and products when existing systems come close to end of lifecycle. Typical product support is for example exchange of breaker types in medium voltage switchgear.
We offer a waste spare part service. We customize our spare parts services in accordance with our customers' projects. Our present spare part stock covers parts for VEO Group products up to voltage levels of 110 kV. These parts also enable fast project deliveries.
