9. Data protection principles
All personal data is archived as confidential information. VEOs data network and the equipment in which the register is held is protected by a firewall, passwords and other technical measures. The database and its back-up copies are held in secure, locked premises. The data is accessible only by pre-appointed administrators.
10. Right to prohibit disclosure
The applicant is entitled to prohibit disclosure of their personal information.
